CPSC publishes direct final regulation to revise standards in 16 CFR parts 1107 and 1112

On May 3, 2021, the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) issued a direct final regulation to amend 16 CFR parts 1107 and 1112. Effective 29 July 2021.


Due to the update of ISO / IEC 17025 and ISO / IEC 17011, the relevant standards mentioned in 16 CFR parts 1107 and 1112 should be modified as follows:
