The Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (known as CPSIA, the “Act”) is the public law 110-314 of the United States.GIG had passed the recognition of CPSC and obtained CPSC certificate, formulate a suitable testing plan according to the actual situation of the customer’s product, help enterprises break trade barriers and enter the US market smoothly.
Scope of CPSIA
CPSIA covers almost all consumer products designed or intended primarily for children 12 years of age or younger and intended for sale in U.S.A (including textiles, plastics, rubber, toys and childrens’ products, etc).
