Korean market access system for children's products
Access system (KC certification)
When children's products enter the Korean market, they need to be certified in accordance with the KC certification system established by the special law on children's product safety of Korea and the product safety management system of Korea. The system is managed and implemented by Kats of Korea Technical Standards Bureau. In order to comply with the efforts of the Korean government to protect public health and safety, manufacturers and importers of children's products must carry out KC certification before the products enter the Korean market, so that the products meet the requirements of Korean technical standards, and impose KC compulsory certification marks on the products.

Authentication mode
According to the risk level of products, Kats divides the KC certification of children's products into three modes: safety certification, safety confirmation and supplier compliance confirmation.
