On September 16, 2021, the UK postponed the deadline for using the ukca logo. The following are the main contents:
In order to give enterprises time to adjust, the goods (list) marked with CE mark that meet the requirements of the EU (meet the requirements of the UK) can continue to be put on the British market until January 1, 2023, and the requirements of the EU and the UK remain unchanged. This includes goods that have been evaluated by an EU recognized notified body. The UK government will introduce legislation to place the ukca logo on the label of the product or on the documents attached to the product by December 31, 2023. The following is a summary of the new schedule:
