EU rohs2.0 plans to add three new exemptions for o-benzene in medical equipment
On June 29, 2021, the European Commission submitted three notifications to the WTO: g / TBT / N / EU / 808, g / TBT / N / EU / 809 and g / TBT / N / EU / 810, proposing to add three new exemptions for Phthalate in Annex IV of rohs2.0 directive. The public consultation on the three circulars will last for 15 days until July 14, 2021, and will take effect 20 days after the publication of the official journal of the European Union.
