Logo and GLN code updated for GOST-R certification in Russia

The notice of updating the logo of GOST-R certification in Russia is as follows. The following are some official documents in Russian, mainly referring to the following information in Article 27:

1. According to the regulation, the new certification logo will be used from June 21, 2021. The PCT logo of products subject to GOST-R declaration and certificate will be replaced by a new logo.

2. If the conformity of the product is confirmed before June 21, 2021, it can continue to be released and circulated in the market before the end of the conformity assessment document. During this period, it is not necessary to re label the product with PCT mark.

3. For products that have been certified after June 21, 2021 and have entered the Russian market since June 21, the new logo is mandatory.

Marking rules with circular markers:

-The marking with the circulation mark is carried out independently by the manufacturer or applicant, and then the product is released to circulation.

-The circular marking applies to the non detachable part of each product unit and / or its package (if any) and / or in the attached document (if any). When applied to attached documents, circular marking shall be applied to airspace where mandatory confirmation of product conformity is provided.

-The place of application of circulation marks on products, packages and accompanying documents shall be determined by the product manufacturer or applicant.

-If circular marking cannot be applied directly to the product, apply it to the label (label) or tape attached to the product.

-If it is not possible to apply the circular marker directly to the package, it is applied to the insertion plate connected to the individual or group consumer package.
