Ukraine amended toy safety technology law

On April 8, 2021, Ukraine promulgated Resolution No. 282 of March 31, 2021 to revise its technical regulations on toy safety. The latest amendments align the chemical requirements with those in the toy safety directive.

The new amendment will come into effect on October 3, 2021. Compared with the old regulation, the important changes are as follows:
