Quality management: refers to the activities of commanding and controlling the coordination of the organization in terms of quality. The command and control activities in terms of quality usually include the formulation of quality policy and quality objectives, quality planning, quality control, quality assurance and quality improvement.

Quality assurance: as a part of quality management, it is committed to providing trust that the quality requirements will be met. The key word of quality assurance is "trust", which provides sufficient trust in the ability to meet the expected quality requirements. This trust is established before ordering. If the customer does not have enough trust in the supplier, he will not order with it. Quality assurance is not the warranty, replacement and return of nonconforming products.

Quality control: it is a part of quality management and is committed to meeting quality requirements.

As a part of quality management, quality control is applicable to any quality control of the organization, not only in the production field, but also in product design, purchase of production raw materials, provision of services, marketing and allocation of human resources, involving almost all activities in the organization.

The purpose of quality control is to ensure the quality and meet the requirements. Therefore, we should solve the problems such as what the requirements are, how to realize (process), what needs to be controlled and so on.
