CPC certification is short of Children’s Product Certificate. Manufacturers and suppliers of children's products must provide a CPC based on a test report provided by a laboratory accepted by CPSC to prove that their children's products comply with applicable children's product safety regulations.
GIG had passed the recognition of CPSC and obtained CPSC certificate, formulate a suitable testing plan according to the actual situation of the customer’s product and issue a CPC certificate .
Children's products (consumer goods designed for children aged 12 or below, or mainly used by children aged 12 or below), such as children's toys, children's clothing, children's school supplies, children's jewelry, etc.
CPSC published a total of 38 standards, mainly standards are,
1) CPSIA Total Lead and O-Benzene;
2) American toy standard ASTM F963;
3) Safety standard for electric toys 16 CFR Part 1505;
4) Requirements for ringing toys 16 CFR Part 1510;
5) Safety standard for pacifiers 16 CFR Part 1511;
6) Combustion performance of clothing 16 CFR Part 1610;
7) Children's products, e.g., stroller, crib, fence, harness, safety seat, bicycle helmet and other product standards.

1) CPC certificate must be based on the test results of the third party testing laboratory approved by CPSC;
2) The seller issues the CPC certificate, and the third party laboratory can assist in drafting the CPC certificate;
3) Children's products must comply with all relevant safety rules and regulations.
