Description and Analysis

Ø The plastic "feet" on the popcorn maker contain an excessive amount of Lead (measured value up to 0,17-0,2% by weight). The cable insulation contains an excessive amount of short chain chlorinated paraffins (SCCPs) (measured value up to 0,562-0,580% by weight).
Ø On the Regulation of RoHS 2 Directive, EEE must not contain more than 0.1% Lead
Ø On the Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs) Regulation, articles containing SCCPs with a concentration exceeding 0.15% (by weight) shall not be placed on the market.
Ø The product does not comply with the RoHS 2 Directive and POPs Regulations.
