Rattle Toy

Small parts (yellow balls) can easily detach. A child may put them in the mouth and choke on them.

The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and of the relevant European standard EN 71.

Our Advise 

1. For the product above rectification, GIG advises to use screws for two-sided combination products.

2. For manufacturers, GIG suggests that the requirements of regulations and standards should be considered in product design, at the same time need to consider the structure of the product, strength, so that it does not come out of small parts after the drop, tension, pressure, torque and other abuse test, especially designed for children under three years old.

3. Real-time monitoring of product quality during the production process, promoting the identification and discrimination of product quality and safety issues through third-party testing, and continuously improving and upgrading product quality.
